Returns are only accepted on damaged items and must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Item must be in new condition. Items showing signs of wear cannot be returned.
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. If you discover damage to your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Retain the original outer shipping box as carrier may need it for inspection/investigation. Zippo offers a lifetime warranty on its lighters. For retail customers whose lighters are defective they should contact Zippo directly to initiate warranty service. Zippo has an exceptional warranty program.
